A Guide To Facebook Addiction Recovery

For the “Facebook addiction recovery guide”, the topic I chose is an emerging issue, so the
information keep changing everyday. I have to stay online always to get the latest news of Facebook and other online communities. The books I read a few months ago are already not up to date. Then I found that 31 May 2010 is the “Quit Facebook Date” which many people have written about, since April. Facebook has become a hot topic on the net. So I can use the points of view of the people on the internet to make the book. This brought me a new way to move forward with this project.

Facebook Offline

This is a Experiment project to answer my own question: Can I bring Facebook Offline?

Facebook can bring us communication Conclusion conveniece and interactive entertainment
as well. But, should we forget or give up the old way of communication? Obviously, the answer is NO. We are not robots, internet is not the only way of human communication. This experiment shows that we still can have so much fun in a low-tech way.

We can draw and write freely on paper, we talk to others face to face and enjoy the sunshine together. We can’t stop the trend, but what we can do is treasure the moment without technology.

Technology is cool,
but we are warm-blooded.

PDT Killing Cancer MV

Competition of 2 mins animation making with a PDT theme song.

An experimental piece, consisting of montages of images that relate and express a doctor’s hard work on PDT as a cure for cancer. The doctor’s hard work is contrasted with the fact that there are no sufficient funds for the research and the usage of PDT. As there is a hope for curing cancer around, it can’t be reached because of the lack of funds.
